How to use this in EasyRoadmap
- Create a “Sprint” lane and plan the next 1–2 weeks.
- Track flow in Board view (Planned → In Progress → Review → Done).
- Use List view for fast backlog grooming before planning.
Tips
- A sprint goal is a filter. Without it, everything feels “must do”.
- Don’t plan 100% capacity; leave room for interrupts.
- Use WIP limits to keep flow moving.
- If an item is unclear, plan the discovery task first.
