FAQ

Answers to common questions about EasyRoadmap: pricing, sharing, password protection, and how it compares to slides or spreadsheets.

FAQ

Quick answers about how EasyRoadmap works, how sharing works, and what you can expect.

Is EasyRoadmap free?

Yes. You can start for free and create roadmaps locally without an account. Cloud saving and sharing are optional features.

Who is EasyRoadmap for?

Product managers, startup teams, consultants/agencies, and any team that needs a clear, shareable roadmap without heavy tooling.

Can I share my roadmap with others?

Yes. Save to cloud and share a link. Viewers can open it in a browser. You can also save a workspace to a file (.wspc).

Can I password-protect a shared roadmap?

Yes. You can set a password so viewers must unlock the roadmap before content is shown. Share the password separately from the link.

How is this different from slides or spreadsheets?

Slides and spreadsheets are snapshots that get outdated quickly. EasyRoadmap is a living roadmap you can update by dragging and editing—then share one link that stays current.

Do I need prior roadmap experience?

No. Start from a template, keep a small number of lanes, and update the near-term first. The app is designed for quick wins.

Do I need an account?

No. EasyRoadmap is local-first. You can use it immediately; sharing via cloud link is optional.

Still unsure?

The fastest way to understand EasyRoadmap is to create a simple roadmap and share it.
