Agreement

By accessing or using EasyRoadmap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using the service

• EasyRoadmap is a local-first roadmap editor. You can use it without creating an account.
• If you choose to save/share a workspace, you are responsible for keeping the workspace link secure.
• If you set a password, you are responsible for remembering it. Passwords cannot be recovered by us.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. If you save/share a workspace, you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service (for example, to store the workspace and deliver it when the link is opened).

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful activities.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the service (including scraping, denial-of-service, or unauthorized access attempts).
• Do not upload or share content that violates the rights of others.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but it may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, outages, or factors outside our control.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyRoadmap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date on this page.
