How to use this in EasyRoadmap
- Create a lane per workstream (e.g. Design, Engineering, QA).
- Create a “Kickoff” card with the checklist as its description.
- Turn each checklist section into 1–3 tasks with owners.
- Schedule milestones on the timeline and track tasks on the board.
Practical tips
- Keep scope small enough to finish; add “phase 2” later.
- Define one owner (DRI). Shared ownership often means no ownership.
- Write the first status update before the first week ends.
- If a dependency is unclear, turn it into a task immediately.
