You Control Your Data
EasyRoadmap is built on a "local-first" philosophy. This means your data stays with you by default, giving you full control and privacy. You choose if, when, and how you want to share your work.
Local-First Storage
By default, your roadmaps are saved directly in your browser's local storage. No data is sent to our servers, and you don't need an internet connection to work. It's fast, private, and secure.
File Export & Import
Take your data with you. You can save any workspace to a .wspc file on your computer. This is perfect for backups, versioning, or sharing your roadmap with a colleague to import into their own app.
Optional Cloud Sharing
When you need to share a live version of your roadmap with stakeholders, you can create a shareable link. When you do this, your roadmap data is sent to our secure cloud and encrypted at rest.
Password Protection
For added security, you can add a password to any shared workspace. The password is required to view the roadmap, ensuring only authorized people can access it. We never store your password, only a secure hash to verify it.
