How to use this in EasyRoadmap
- Create a “Retro” card and paste notes into the description.
- Turn experiments into board tasks with owners and due dates.
- Review outcomes in the next retro and close the loop.
Tips
- Keep experiments small enough to test in 1–2 weeks.
- Assign an owner to each action item, or it won’t happen.
- Pick 1–3 improvements max; too many actions = no actions.
- Track experiments on your board like any other work.
