Roadmaps are great at showing what and when. But the real work often needs extra context: UI screenshots, bug reproductions, and proof of progress.
EasyRoadmap now supports multiple image attachments per task for cloud workspaces. The goal is simple: keep the details where the decisions happen — inside the card.
When screenshots make planning faster
Bug reports and QA verification
Paste a screenshot directly into the task so everyone sees the same evidence and expected behavior.
Design review and UI polish
Attach mockups or before/after screenshots so feedback stays anchored to the work item.
Stakeholder updates
Add a screenshot to a card before sharing the workspace link. It turns “status” into something tangible.
Context for async collaboration
Attachments reduce back-and-forth by keeping context inside the card instead of scattered across chat threads.
How it works in EasyRoadmap
- Open a card in Timeline and scroll to Images.
- Drag & drop images, or paste a screenshot (Ctrl/Cmd+V).
- Images are converted to WebP (70% quality) client-side and limited to 3 MB.
- Board/List show an indicator when a card has images; thumbnails load only when the card is open.
Privacy and storage notes
- Attachments are available for cloud workspaces. Your roadmap content can still be local-only or file-based if you prefer.
- If you enable password protection for a workspace, the same password gate applies to attachments.
- Attachments are stored as WebP and designed to load only when needed (no background thumbnail fetching).
Try it
Open the app, switch to Timeline, open a card, and paste a screenshot. It’s a small feature that makes async collaboration and stakeholder updates noticeably smoother.
